2. Hard-to-find Contact Information

If your website is used to sell services or products your contact information must be clear and easy to find. For small and medium businesses this is vital as your contact information provides a link to reality, that gives customers confidence that they are dealing with a real business not a scammer.

3. Audio

Audio should be used sparingly on any website and it should never auto play. Sites that use audio well require the user to click a play icon.

4. Search Engine Unfriendly

While having a search engine friendly website won’t guarantee you high rankings on a search engine ( that is a discipline called Search Engine Optimisation) there is no excuse not to do the basics.
